Can I get a physical sample before mass production?

Absolutely. We offer free stock samples for quality checks. If you need a custom-printed sample with your artwork, we can arrange that too with a sampling charge.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We are very flexible! Generally, the minimum order quantity for each design is 1000 pieces, but we usually recommend customers choose 3000 pieces for a more favorable price. However, we are also happy to discuss small-batch orders for new brand launches.

How long does the whole process take?

Usually, it's 2-3 weeks for production after you approve the sample. If you're in a rush, just let us know—we always try our best to accommodate tight deadlines.

Are your paper tubes eco-friendly?

Yes! They are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We use FSC-certified paper and soy-based inks to ensure your packaging is as green as your brand.

Are your paper tubes food safe?

Our paper tubes can be safe for dry goods that don't require shelf-life sustainability. Food grade paper is required for direct food contact. But we still recommend putting the product in a sealed bag and using the tubes as secondary outer packaging.

Aluminum foil and PE lining can be applied to create a food-safe, oil-resistant inner barrier. Those tubes are generally sealed after filling to make them air-tight. Sealing can be done using metal discs, which requires specialized equipment, or shrink wrapping.
